“Last Supper” Parody, LeBron Flag Bearer, Biles Advances To Final, Djokovic & Nadal Match, Michigan Staffer In Netflix “Sign Stealer”

The Paris Olympics began on Friday with a controversial Opening Ceremony that parodied “The Last Supper” with drag queens posing for the iconic scene.
In other opening ceremony news, LeBron James was one of the two flag bearers for Team USA becoming the first American men’s basketball player to have this honor.
All eyes were on Simone Biles as she advanced to the gymnastics all-around final. Her teammate Sunisa Lee also advanced as did Team USA.
In other high profile Olympic news, Novak Djokovic will play Rafael Nadal on Monday afternoon. Djokovic leads Nadal 30-29 in their legendary rivalry.

Former Michigan staffer, Connor Stalions, will appear in a Netflix documentary called “Sign Stealer” for his role in a college football sign-stealing scandal that garnered a lot of attention last season.
